DAVID L. BRODSKY
Palm Beach, Florida

David L. Brodsky is the prior owner of Superior Healthcare of Rhode Island and previously served as a director of two publicly held companies, Southern Union and Harris Interactive. He is Chairman of the Promise Fund of Florida and serves on the boards of charitable and civic organizations in both Rhode Island and Florida.

ROBERT R. FORSBERG
Westwood, Massachusetts

Robert R. Forsberg is President of RF Group. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Becket Chimney Corners YMCA and has been actively involved in nonprofit leadership and governance.

THOMAS P. I. GODDARD
Newport, Rhode Island

Thomas P. I. Goddard is Manager of Brown & Ives Land Company, LLC. He serves as a Trustee of Marlboro College and the Newport Restoration Foundation, and is a Board Member and Fundraising Chair for Oliver Hazard Perry Rhode Island.

STEVEN M. MCINNIS
Newport, Rhode Island

Steven M. McInnis has practiced law since 1979 and was formerly a partner at Cameron & Mittleman and Edwards & Angell. He has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of Cranston Print Works Company. He is a past President of the Rhode Island Legal Aid Society and remains active on its Nominating Committee. He is also a former President of Sail Newport.

KEVIN M. OATES
Wakefield, Rhode Island

Kevin M. Oates is President and Chief Operating Officer of Van Liew Capital and Van Liew Trust Company. He previously worked as a certified public accountant with DiSanto, Priest & Co. and Ernst & Whinney. He remains active in charitable and civic organizations.

MARILYN WALSH, RN, BS, MBA, FACHE
Riverside, Rhode Island

Marilyn Walsh is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives & retired in 2017 as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Care New England Health System. She served for more than 20 years as a Rhode Island Management Trustee for the New England Healthcare Employees Pension Fund and remains active in professional, charitable, and community organizations, including Brown University and Saint Brendan Church.

ELIZABETH B. VAN LIEW
Newport, RI

Elizabeth Van Liew supports Van Liew Trust Company in an administrative role with a focus on marketing and public relations. Based in the Newport office, she helps connect the firm with its broader community and supports communication efforts. She is actively involved in local organizations, including the Potter League for Animals and Save the Bay, and brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to her work.

ALFRED B. VAN LIEW
Middletown, Rhode Island

Alfred B. Van Liew serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Van Liew Capital and Van Liew Trust Company. He is a Trustee of St. Andrew’s School and serves as an advisor to the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He is active in numerous charitable and civic organizations.

BENJAMIN C. WHITE
Barrington, Rhode Island

Benjamin C. White is the President of The Taco Family of Companies in Cranston, Rhode Island. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. He serves on the Board of Trustees at St. Andrew’s School in Barrington, Wheaton College in Norton, and the Taco White Family Foundation.
